Pastor Charlie Rogers, Jr
Pastor
Elder Charlie Rogers, Jr. is a devoted servant of God with a heart for ministry and a passion for people. A native of Niagara Falls, New York, Elder Rogers has dedicated his life to serving the Lord and helping others experience the goodness of Jesus Christ. He has been blessed in marriage to his loving wife, Germaine Rogers, for 38 years. Together, they have built a beautiful family: three children five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, and a bonus daughter.
Pastor Rogers holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), equipping him with both spiritual and practical knowledge to guide and lead with wisdom. His journey in ministry began in 1993 under the leadership of Bishop Mark Walden, where he faithfully continues to serve as his Adjutant. His commitment to stewardship and loyalty in ministry have been the foundation of his growth and impact in the Kingdom.
In 2020, during the global pandemic, Pastor Rogers received a divine instruction from God to “open the doors” to Goodness and Mercy Ministries COGIC. Through this ministry, he has continued to live out his calling of loving people, uplifting the less fortunate, and proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ. One of his guiding scriptures is found in Matthew 25:40 (KJV): “And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” This scripture reflects his life’s mission—serving others as unto the Lord.
Pastor Rogers’ legacy is one of faith, compassion, and unwavering dedication to God’s people. His heart for service and his desire to reflect Christ in all that he does continue to inspire those who encounter his ministry.

First Lady
Elect Lady Missionary Germaine Rogers is a devoted woman of faith, grace, and purpose. She faithfully serves alongside her husband, Pastor Charlie Rogers, as the First Lady of Goodness and Mercy Ministries, where her compassion, humility, and dedication to God’s people shine through every aspect of her ministry.
A native of Niagara Falls, New York, Missionary Rogers has been blessed with a beautiful and growing family. She is the proud mother of three children, the loving grandmother of five, the joyful great-grandmother of one, and the nurturing godmother of one goddaughter.
Professionally, she is a Master Cosmetologist, a skillful and creative individual who has used her talents not only to enhance beauty but to uplift and encourage those she serves. Spiritually, she has walked faithfully in ministry for many years, serving as an Adjutant within the Church of God in Christ, where her heart for excellence and order in service has touched many lives.
Missionary Rogers is known for her willing heart, genuine love for people, and unwavering commitment to the work of the Lord. She believes that true ministry begins with serving others and exemplifies this daily through her kindness, wisdom, and prayerful guidance.
Her life is anchored by her favorite scripture, Psalm 139:14 (KJV);
“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”
Through her walk with Christ, Elect Lady Rogers continues to embody the beauty of holiness, serving as an inspiration to all who encounter her.
